The 28th Annual Intellectual Property Law & Policy Conference at Emily C. & John E. Hansen Intellectual Property Institutes will be held online April 8-9, 2021.

Dr. Ursula Feindor-Schmidt, LL.M. (Lausen Rechtsanwälte) will give a presentation on „The Liability of Online Content Sharing Service Providers in EU Jurisdiction and Legislation –The YouTube/Uploaded Case and Article 17 DSM“.
