Marlene Urek advises clients on all matters relating to labour and social security law. She specialises in particular in labour law issues in the film and television industry and focuses on industry-specific collective agreements. In addition, Marlene Urek advises employers on interactions with works councils and represents them in legal disputes relating to works constitution law. Another focus is on the legal implementation of modern working models and the use of artificial intelligence in employment relationships.
