Marco Erler advises and represents international and national producers and rights holders, agencies and users of content from the music, advertising, influencer marketing, AI and Web3 industries. He has broad expertise in the production, use and licensing of music, as well as in the publishing of musical works. His advice focuses in particular on the use of music and other copyright protected content (e.g. photos, reels etc.) in all forms of exploitation, such as online platforms or in the context of live events, as well as in posts, cinema, advertising and product films. He also specialises in youth protection law and advises VoD platforms and producers of erotic products in particular. The developing field of artificial intelligence and its legal aspects have also become an integral part of his daily practice.
