Top position in the category Media & Press:
Our expertise in media law was once again recommended with above-average frequency – LAUSEN is one of the top law firms in the country in this category, receiving the highest rating of 5 stars. We are one of only twelve law firms nationwide to have received this honour.

Top marks were also awarded for copyright law:
In the Copyright Law category, LAUSEN was one of only four law firms to be listed with full points – a strong sign of the confidence our peers have in our work.

The ‘Best Commercial Law Firms 2025’ list is based on an independent survey of lawyers and in-house counsel from across Germany. The results are categorised according to 24 legal areas and show which law firms are particularly valued in their respective disciplines.
