Helena Jochem advises and supports clients from the film, television, publishing and merchandising sectors on contractual issues. One focus of her work is providing support in setting up and negotiating licensing agreements and in implementing new business ideas and complex licensing structures. She conducts contract negotiations in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner. Her areas of expertise include publishing distribution agreements (general and specialist publishers), film production and distribution agreements, and merchandising agreements of all kinds. Helena Jochem enjoys working internationally and speaks German and English.

Legal studies in Munich and Córdoba (Spain); legal clerkship in Hamburg with placements at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), among others; Master of Laws at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand; lecturer and expert speaker at the Akademie der Deutschen Medien; with LAUSEN since 2016.
