Dr. Thomas Glückstein provides comprehensive advice to film producers, television broadcasters and game producers, particularly regarding contracts with contributors, production and licensing agreements, matters of film funding and media regulation, and increasingly, the use of artificial intelligence. Another key focus lies in corporate law advisory for media companies, such as drafting articles of association, handling transactions and supporting executive management in compliance matters and entries in the transparency register. He regularly represents clients in proceedings before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
He studied in Munich and Amiens (France), earned his doctorate with a scholarship at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, and is trained as a business mediator. He lectures at the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF), the University of Applied Sciences Ansbach, and the Academy of the German Media. He also conducts regular in-house training sessions for broadcasters and film producers.
