About
Dr. Martin Schippan advises newspaper and magazine publishers on all legal matters. Focusing primarily on press law, he conducts many test cases on fundamental issues of reporting on suspicion, monetary compensation and damages, as well as other current topics; in many cases, these are only decided before the Federal Court of Justice. Another focus of his work is the copyright protection of journalistic content and its secondary use. Legal issues surrounding the use of artificial intelligence have long been an integral part of his daily practice.
