Dr. Lorenz Haidinger focuses on the intersection of digital business models and law. Dr. Lorenz Haidinger advises in particular on the licensing of content to digital platforms – for example, for music use – and on the enforcement of rights against digital platforms.

Dr. Lorenz Haidinger also supports his clients in the legally compliant preparation and negotiation of complex IT and software agreements, particularly for digital platforms, data-driven business models, and cloud-based systems.
