Dr. Florian Sperling advises clients on all aspects of employment and social security law. As part of social security audits, he evaluates the risks of false self-employment and identifies possible solutions. He supports companies during audits and status determination procedures conducted by the German Pension Insurance Fund. Dr. Sperling is also a nationally recognized expert on artists’ social security contributions (Künstlersozialabgabe). His expertise is valued not only by the Federal Ministry of Labour. Studied in Bayreuth (with additional training in economics), Bordeaux and Erlangen. Worked at the German Embassy in Paris. Admitted to the bar since 2008. Joined LAUSEN in 2012 and became a senior partner in 2022. Lecturer and expert speaker for, among others, Akademie der Deutschen Medien, Produktionsallianz Campus and Erich Pommer Institute.
