Accessibility

Accessibility: digitally and legally accessible

Digital accessibility is not only a technological issue, but also a legal obligation. The German Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), based on the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the German Disability Equality Act (BGG) set out the legal requirements for making digital content, such as websites, online shops, e-books, learning platforms and audiovisual media, accessible. At the same time, accessibility creates new opportunities by increasing participation, expanding target groups and strengthening the quality and reach of digital products.

We advise private and public companies, cultural institutions and publishers on how to implement these requirements legally. Our support ranges from checking and designing accessible digital products to representing clients before the relevant authorities. We also impart the necessary know-how in training courses and specialist lectures.
