Marei Adam advises and represents press publishers in particular. Her areas of expertise are press law and criminal press law. She also has expertise in related copyright issues. She is co-author of the Löffler Press Law Commentary (section on criminal press law).

Studied law in Passau and Münster, scholarship in the Hanns Seidel Foundation’s journalism support programme, legal clerkship in Munich, worked at a renowned criminal law firm in Munich (focusing on press criminal law, etc.). Doctorate in press criminal law, joined LAUSEN in 2019.
