Dr. Lorenz Haidinger advises leading European and U.S. companies and collecting societies on the licensing of content for the use on digital platforms, the regulation of digital platforms and the assertion and enforcement of rights against (international) platform providers. He has a particular focus on the licensing of music rights to international streaming and download platforms for global exploitation. In addition, he is specialized on IT and software agreements for digital business models as well as the use and regulation of artificial intelligence.
